Maid of Excellence offers regular house cleaning on a bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers.

It is not necessary for you to be home, but you are certainly welcome to be there. Many of our customers provide us access with either key to homes or alarm codes. We keep your information extremely secure.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.

Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.

We’re pet lovers too, and we want to make sure your pets and our technicians are safe. We ask that you ensure pets are secured while we are on site. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, please let us know.

You may pay by check, Visa, or Mastercard. A check, payable to Maid of Excellence must be provided at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card, a number may be left on file with us to use for each cleaning.
